Mediterranean Family
Meal planning, batch meal prep and grocery lists for households that eat the Mediterranean way, including keto and low-carb Mediterranean.
- Safe for everyone at the table. Enter each person's allergies, intolerances and dislikes. Every shared meal is checked against all of them, and a "may contain" warning counts as the allergen.
- Everyone gets a say. Family members pick the meals they want for the week. The household's host makes the final call: share the dish, cook that person their own, or say no.
- An exact grocery list. Quantities are worked out exactly for the people eating, and rounded up only to whole packages. Plan for a few days, a week, two weeks or a month.
- Batch prep made plain. A cooking plan for each prep session, with how to store each dish and when to eat it by.
- Straight to the store. Send the list to a supported store's online cart (Kroger-family stores today), or search for each item at other stores.
Mediterranean Family runs in the web browser on phones, tablets and computers. It is in family testing now, and sign-up will open at meals.astrisproject.com.

- 14-day free trial, with no card needed. One trial per person and per household.
- The plan renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app, in two clicks. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
- When a trial or subscription ends, your household keeps read-only access and can export everything.
- Helping Hand: if your family cannot afford the plan, write to us.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
